I offer coaching services to individuals and couples through my website. My services are based on my expertise and experience in the field of limerence, and I will provide you with support to help you navigate the experience of limerence and other relevant parts of your life.

All communication and information exchanged between us during sessions will be kept confidential, except as required by law. However, please note that there are certain exceptions to confidentiality, such as if you express an intention to harm yourself or others.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
My fees for services are outlined on my website. Payment for services is due at the time of booking your appointment. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled session without incurring any additional charges. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, you will be charged the full session fee.
Limits of Liability
I am not liable for any damages or injuries arising from your use of my website or services, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortious action, even if I have been informed of the possibility of such damages.
Disclaimer
My services are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment or diagnosis, and should not be used as such. My services are intended to be supportive and educational, and are not intended to diagnose or treat any mental health disorder. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or crisis, please seek immediate assistance from a licensed mental health professional, medical professional, or emergency services.

The content of my website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and trademarks, are the property of myself and/or my licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes situations may arise where a client may need to request a refund. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
Cancellation Policy
If a client wishes to cancel a session, they must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in the full session fee being charged. If we cancel the session, the client will be offered a replacement session or a full refund.
If you do not attend any of your sessions within 15 minutes from the beginning of the appointment, the appointment is forfeited and no refund will be due.
Dissatisfaction with Services
If a client is dissatisfied with the services provided, they should first discuss their concerns with us to try to resolve any issues. If, after this discussion, the client remains dissatisfied, they may request a refund of the unused portion of their fees.
Technical Issues
If a client experiences technical issues that prevent them from participating in a scheduled session, they must inform their us immediately. If the technical issue cannot be resolved and the session cannot take place, the client will be refunded for that session.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the request being received. Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used to make the original payment, unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions
There may be situations where a refund cannot be issued, such as when a client breaches the terms and conditions of the agreement or engages in abusive behaviour towards us. In these cases, the we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
